MANILA, Philippines – Lyceum dispatched Arellano 25-15, 22-25, 25-11, 27-25 for its third straight victory in the NCAA Season 99 Women's Volleyball Tournament held at San Juan Arena on Tuesday.
With this win, the Lady Pirates are tied for first place with reigning champion St. Benilde College.
For Lyceum, Jonah Dennis Dolorito scored 20 points, while João Dogna and Janeth Turan contributed with 16 and 14 points, respectively.
The duo of Pauline de Guzman and Marianne Padillon each dropped 12 points, but it didn't help the Lady Chiefs.

Meanwhile, Letran maintained its early season momentum with a 25-22, 25-21, 23-25, 25-15 win over Emilio Aguinaldo College.
Nizel Martin led the Lady Knights in the win with 16 points. The troika of Gia McQuillan, Marie Nitura and Angelique Ledesma also dropped 12, 11 and 10 points with the win.
Katherine Almazan scored a game-high 22 points for the Lady Generals, but it was all for nothing.
