The Venezuelan immigrant who gained popularity on TikTok for explaining how to exploit squatter’s rights has been banned.
In a video that resurfaced last week, Leonel Moreno, known as „Capichi,“ encouraged his almost 5 million followers to invade vacant homes in the U.S.
“My people, I’ve thought about invading a house in the United States because I’ve learned that there is a law that says that if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it,” he said in the video.
The video was viewed over 4 million times before Moreno’s TikTok account was deleted.
In a new video, a distraught Moreno tearfully explains that his popular account is cancelled, and he can’t support his family. He pleads with his followers to help him. His baby daughter looks on as tears and mucus run down his face.
In a previous video, Moreno boasted that his infant daughter is an anchor baby and his “golden ticket” in the U.S.
In other videos, he instructed undocumented immigrants on how to steal clothing from retail stores and return the items for refunds.
Moreno also raised funds for a 15-year-old Venezuelan immigrant who shot a security guard while shoplifting in NYC’s Times Square.
Moreno’s remarks angered Americans who are concerned about losing their investment properties to invaders.
Squatting is a significant issue in the U.S., particularly in blue states where laws have been enacted to make it easier to occupy someone else’s home.

Two teenage squatters fatally wounded a woman when she walked in on them in her late mother’s apartment in NYC earlier this month.
NBA star LeBron James is among the homeowners in California who are worried about squatting being a serious issue.

LeBron is constructing a multi-million dollar estate in Beverly Grove, where squatters have taken over a $4.5 million mansion just doors away from his new residence.
The squatters have turned the mansion into a party venue where they charge guests to host events.
It is estimated that they make over $30,000 per month by charging fees for party attendees.
District Attorney George Gascon, who survived a recent recall attempt, informed LeBron’s neighbors that “squatters have rights.”
Taxpayers are covering the costs of maintaining the mansion’s utilities and pool lights for nightly events.
A house manager for LeBron informed a neighbor that the Lakers star is “very worried” about the situation down the street.
