At one point, Donald Trump blacked out and uttered non-verbal words while campaigning in Pennsylvania.
President Trump said, „Just last week, there was a report of illegal adrintin, but look at this. What's going on?“

Mr. Trump also referred to the magazine as a „magazine,“ at least that was close to the word.

Mr. Trump considers himself his best political and legal advocate, but his cognitive abilities have deteriorated so much that he can no longer speak, even when his speeches at rallies are scripted. It's almost impossible to assemble. Donald Trump doesn't make sense.
Joe Biden may sometimes mix up words, but they are actual English words. Trump is trying to say something, but sometimes incomprehensible gibberish comes out of his mouth.
Donald Trump appears to be suffering from severe cognitive decline, and the country's media needs to stop being so afraid of what's in front of them.
President Trump won't release his medical records. His father has dementia, and the former president has shown symptoms that suggest the would-be Republican presidential nominee has significant cognitive impairment.
