QWhat did you think?
THE PRESIDENT: I thought she was a very talented woman. I never understood the connection she was making.
president biden Although he was a national figure in American politics for more than 50 years, he didn't understand what Katie Britt was trying to say. But the president has been much kinder to Sen. Britt. more than many of her fellow Republicans.
Katie Britt was totally creepy. She's a Stepford Wives and she watches Newsmax so much that she has to stop reading Trump's posts on Truth Social.
Britt's rebuttal It was so bad that people were still talking about it on Friday evening. Republicans have a long history of clashes and flames over SOTU responses. Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal may have lost out to Katie Britt on the scale of failure.
Britt certainly sold the Republican message to potential voters. She made them confused and creepy.
Americans should get used to seeing more Republicans like Katie Britt, as the Republican Party is now firmly under the control of out-of-message figures with even less interest in governing.
