Have you ever heard lines like the following? „Companies and their executives are tough on customers and employees because all they care about is making money.“On the internet, even people who think business is good for the economy don't want to make money. They are often described as difficult people because of their pursuit of their goals.
I don't defend all businesses. That would be foolish. However, I would like to point out a recent case and a case from about 23 years ago. This is about business becoming more than just that. These two cases are probably outliers, but anyone who has been around corporations long enough can probably vouch for my assertion that corporations are more considerate than the claims in the quote above. Additionally, people who make vitriolic arguments often want government regulation, so we need to recognize that government is generally far worse.
