Health insurance company MotivHealth announced it is partnering with Utah-based telehealth company AZOVA to offer Birth Doula support memberships to its members.
AZOVA is a digital health platform that provides services in primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, women's health, dermatology, men's health, vaccination, and testing services.
For women's health services, the company partners with a variety of medical professionals and, through its partnership with MotivHealth, will connect health insurance patients with doulas as part of their membership.
“We are excited to partner with MotivHealth to bring this unique program to life. By leveraging technology to connect mothers with professional doulas, we are empowering women throughout the birth process. ” said Dr. Sheryl Lee Everting, CEO and Founder of AZOVA Health. said in a statement.
