President Trump made a big mistake when he tried to change the subject from David Pecker's testimony by calling the racist attack in Charlottesville nothing.
Mr. Trump said:
Now you know what's going on in this breathtaking room. It was a breathtaking testimony. This is an ordeal that should never have happened. This is a lawsuit that should never have been filed and it was truly an incredible day, please open your eyes, we cannot allow this to continue to happen in our country.
But another issue is that the economic situation has just been reported to be very bad, the stock market has fallen significantly, the numbers on inflation are very high, and certain gas prices in California, which usually leads the way in inflation, are $7.50. Some frightening numbers were also announced. It happens here too.

Biden is sending an absolutely horrible message, a horrible, horrible message. Since he can't speak, he doesn't know how to get his message across. He can't put his two sentences together and doesn't know what to do. This person is not our president. This person can't do what he's doing, so he's the one who shouldn't be doing it. he can't do that. Yes, there are protests happening all over the place. He was talking about Charlottesville. Charlottesville was a bit of a peanut, there was no comparison. And that hatred was not the kind of hatred that is here. This is tremendous hatred. And there are men who can't talk about it because they don't understand. He does not understand what is happening in our country. He doesn't understand that we are laughed at as a country all over the world because of him and his administration.

Trump can't help himself. He will have to tone down the offense if he has a chance in Charlottesville. Trump just has to work with racists and neo-Nazis.
Mr. Trump was so disturbed by David Pecker's testimony that he stormed outside to change the subject. All of Trump's points about America being in such dire straits are nothing more than wishful thinking on his part. Trump needs things to go wrong in America or he will lose the election.
The former president needs to divide the American people and anger them. That's the only way to avoid continuing trials in federal criminal cases.
Trump is desperate, and if you want to know how damaging David Pecker's testimony is, watch him break down outside the courthouse.
