Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, whose wife was involved in Trump's plot to overturn 2020, minimized the 1/6 riot during SCOTUS arguments.
The Supreme Court was hearing arguments related to a federal obstruction of process law that was used to indict 350 Trump insurrectionists.
Justice Clarence Thomas went one step further and downplayed the riot.
In oral argument today, Judge Thomas minimizes the seriousness of the January 6 riot at the Capitol. Perhaps it was because his wife took part in the conspiracy. What a shame that he is in charge of this case. #scotus

Mr Justice Thomas has just suggested that legally J6 is no different from other violent attempts to disrupt official proceedings. https://t.co/QGuqWA7GZw

Judge Thomas should not hear this case.he should be fired because He has a clear conflict of interest. Judge Thomas's wife, Gini, was involved in a conspiracy to overturn the election. Ginny Thomas pressured election officials in states like Arizona to overturn the results.
Every time Clarence Thomas violates basic ethical standards, the Supreme Court's crisis of credibility grows.
