In late November, President Joe Biden visited Minnesota's Dakota County Technical College to tout the benefits of his $1.2 trillion infrastructure plan.
Biden joined students in the university's heavy truck technology field and toured the grounds.
The president told the students that they are the next generation of American workers and emphasized why he thinks they are important.
Then he kept talking, which of course means he started making up false stories, as Joe Biden often does.
“I used to drive a tractor-trailer.”
„I used to drive a tractor-trailer, so I know a little bit about driving large trucks,“ Biden told the trio.
A young male student responded, „Amazing.''
Of course, Biden continued, „I only did part of the summer, but I got my license anyway.“

It's not the first time he's said this.
After that event, the RNC Research Twitter/X account shared, „Joe Biden, who has been in politics for 48 years, has repeated the lie that he was 'driving a tractor-trailer.'“
That is correct. Joe Biden said the same thing in 2021.
And we got fact-checked!
PolitiFact tracked Biden's claims. But what did they find?
PolitiFact pointed out that the White House press office did not respond to inquiries regarding Mr. Biden's truck driver's license. „There is no record of him ever driving an 18-wheeler (the typical meaning of a tractor-trailer). His closest experience was in 1973 when he drove an 18-wheeler from Delaware to Ohio as a U.S. senator. When I accompanied Miles on his tractor and trailer trip.

“Biden said he was driving a tractor-trailer,” the fact checker reminded. „There is no record of him doing so, and past comments indicate that at most he was given the opportunity to drive at one point. The mention of his summer job suggests that he was not a truck driver. This suggests that he was referring to his time as a bus driver.
„We rate this claim false,“ they added.
Who would have thought? Forgetful Joe makes up stories and lies.
