CES 2024 has been a whirlwind for the Mashable team. Some products were strange. wee head, designed to give the AI a (creepy) face. Others entertained us as well. TCL RayNeo X2 Lite Smart Glasses and LG's smart home robot.
Now that we're back at home, it's time for Mashable to take a look back at what we've seen and determine the best tech products in the TVs, laptops, cars, tablets, phones, and wearables categories.
All of these products exhibit a certain degree of innovation, appeal, practicality, and technological advancement, and arouse feelings of curiosity, curiosity, and amazement.

Transparent TVs may not be the most practical products. Why would you need a see-through TV if your purpose is to: clock that? But that's where LG's innovation comes into play. The LG Signature OLED T is a regular (albeit high-end) OLED TV with a transparency mode when you release the contrast filter. This means the display blends seamlessly into the background when you're not looking at it.
In addition, OLED T has the following features: Mashable's Stan Schroederliving sculpture“Before you ask, this is more than just a concept TV. LG actually plans to sell this futuristic display later this year. Pricing has not yet been announced, but we expect it to be priced at There is no doubt that the price is the same as that of a piece of art that cannot be made.

This is a bit technical, as I wasn't technically able to see it at the CES event.Instead, Razer ran a promotion Lexus TX concept car sitting outside the hotel, I happened to come across it at 11pm one night. Serendipity!
Simply put, it's a LAN party on wheels. Razer outfitted the back row of his 2024 Lexus TX with a gamer chair, four widescreen gaming monitors, and even a desk and keyboard in one of his back seats. There's also a set of RGB lights on the outside that can change color on demand. It looks like a gaming laptop with the size and shape of an SUV.
Opening the trunk reveals a docking station for four Razer gaming laptops. Built-in Xbox Series X. Razer's Lexus concept car may not be road-legal, but it won the Best Car award at CES 2024.

I had a chance to test out the Wacom Cintiq Pro at Showstoppers and was surprised by the number of subtle tools you can use to foster your creativity as a drawing hobbyist. Featuring a 4K display, the tablet was spacious enough for drawing comics, whether it was 27-inch, 22-inch, or 17-inch.
The Wacom Cintiq Pro comes with a new Wacom pen with an ergonomic feel. This allows you to use natural touch gestures such as rotating, zooming, and panning.

ASUS Zenbook Duo
This dual-display laptop offers several different options, including a reclining position for sharing, a book-like mode for multitasking between two apps, and a stunning vertical workstation with two 14 screens. It has won our hearts because it can transform into modes. inch display, 3K OLED screen, 120Hz refresh rate.

What's especially impressive is its pricing. Laptops that facilitate multitasking capabilities, such as the HP Specter Fold and Lenovo Legion 9i, are usually very expensive, reaching prices ranging from $2,000 at the lowest price to $5,000 at the highest price.
Surprisingly, ASUS' Zenbook Duo costs just $1,500. Additionally, there's a detachable keyboard that can be connected via Bluetooth or pogo pins, and it actually has a touchpad as well. Typically, most keyboards on laptops in this class don't have touchpads, so you have to use your fingers and smudge the display with your dirty little finger. However, the Zenbook Duo has a touchpad, so you don't have to smudge the display with dirt or ugly fingerprints.
The best thing about ZenBook Duo is its accessibility. Dual display laptops are no longer out of reach for the average consumer.

XReal Air 2 Ultra
At CES 2024 this year, wearables, especially AR wearables, received a lot of attention. Therefore, there are many contenders for the best wearable.

Developed by TCL, the TCL RayNeo X2 Lite is a real-time translation with augmented reality captions that will easily grab the attention of your show. While these wireless glasses were visually impressive, they feel like an early, work-in-progress version of what could be a great product in the future.
Conversely, the XReal Air 2 Ultra was the most prime-time ready of any category I tried. XReal is a leader in the AR wearable space and already offers a line of AR glasses that provide crisp, clear HD in-glass display for gaming on the go or watching movies while traveling. The Air 2 Ultra upgrades these glasses to a lighter version of Apple Vision Pro.
What I particularly like about XReal's approach here is that it seems like they understand the usefulness of the AR glasses they make the best. RayNeo and even Apple seem to believe that users will live inside their products and choose glasses over smartphones or computers. XReal's approach is different. They seem to know that wearables, at least wearable glasses, don't exist. Consumers are interested in using it for specific purposes, such as playing video games on airplanes.
The XReal Air 2 Ultra were by far the most comfortable AR glasses I've tried. And in this field, that alone is enough to get to the top.

What surprised me about the Samsung 4-Door Flex Refrigerator is that it can recognize 33 types of food thanks to its AI capabilities. This means that in addition to being able to detect the different foods in your fridge, it can also provide you with recipes based on what's inside.

Bmind smart mirror
Nowadays, everyone wants to put AI in everything, including mirrors. Last year, Baracoda attended his CES with his BMind, his smart mirror focused on personal health. Now, BMind is back with a personal AI assistant to talk you through gratitude meditation and tips on how to be your best self on bad days.

Mashable's AI reporter Cecily Mauran was able to experience BMind first-hand and said that unlike other smart AI assistants, Baracoda's CareOS takes privacy seriously. The company says the AI model and the information it receives are stored locally and connected to the internet only when needed.
It is not available to consumers at this time, as Barracoda has instead chosen to partner with a mirror manufacturer. Therefore, do not be surprised if you see a talking mirror in the near future.
